Description

We deliver fluxing tubes for degassing inert gases or active gases.

Fluxing the molten metal with nitrogen is a simple and cost-effective way to ensure that the metal is gas free and avoids gas porosity; reduces the number of pores and foggy phenomena on the surface of the metal.

We offer a wide range of sialon silicon nitride degassing tubes for metal working. Sialon fluxing (degassing) tubes have a very long service life of up to two years. The material is inert and does not react with the molten aluminium. Sialon is an excellent alternative to graphite fluxing pipe.
