Graphite Fluxing (Degassing) Tubes

Graphite Fluxing (Degassing) Tubes

Sialon alternative to graphite impregnated fluxing tubes for degassing inert gases or active gases.

We offer a wide range of Sialon-gas inlet tubes for metal working. In these sectors, they find their application in Aluminum production, Brass Manufacturing and Precious metal manufacturing.

Our silicon nitride gas inlet tubes offer excellent performance and a good service life. We also offer an additional machining of the pipes for gas thread, nozzles and blind holes. Fluxing the molten metal with nitrogen is a simple and cost-effective way to ensure that the metal is gas free and avoids gas porosity; reduces the number of pores and foggy phenomena on the surface of the metal.
